Welcome to my personal website!

I am a PhD student in Economics at the University of  Zurich and I am on the 2024-2025 job market. My research interests are international macroeconomics, financial economics, monetary economics, and public finance. 

In my job market paper The Value of Government Debt with Domestic Arrears, I study the impact of an overlooked component of public debt — payment arrears by the government to its suppliers — on public debt sustainability. 

I have been visiting student researcher at Stanford GSB and technical adviser for the Bank for International Settlements. I hold a BSc in Economics from the University of Mannheim and a MSc in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics.
